Day 2: Aug 26
The day ended with over 8,000 cumulative miles ridden in the two days since the beginning of the convention. Some stations were so popular that it has been difficult to keep bikes in stock. See photos of day 2 here.
Bicycle sharing is a system of public transportation in which a fleet of bikes are available for short term use at minimal cost. Bicycles are great for short urban trips, and bicycle sharing is a healthy, sustainable transportation alternative.
